Purchased these awhile ago and initially just put the bridge pick up into my Yamaha Revstar RSE20 that I use for my original Doom/Death metal project playing in drop C. The sound of this pick up through a cranked 5150 red channel is pure evil but in the best way possible! As well as sounding thick and full for chords it also has amazing clarity for single notes and pinch harmonics. I recently fitted the neck pick up too mainly to complete the look but also sounds very good. Highly recommend!!!

Swapped these into an “RG style” guitar that I was putting together aiming to delve into the chuggier side. I was immediately struck by the level of clarity which I was not expecting. These have all the note definition of my PAF style guitars with half the resistance values! Yet they still have more oomph to push an amp or drive just that little bit harder for some added crunch. I will forever recommend these over any competing active pup in this style of guitar.

These things are beyond fabulous & more than live up to their product description, ultra hot “hot rails” with clarity & bite.
I can’t rate my experience with Fabian highly enough, from initial discussions to final delivery, his passion, knowledge & expertise was given freely.
